Lisa Mayer is the co-founder & CEO of Boss Beauties, a media and entertainment brand backed by Serena Ventures, the $100M+ venture fund founded by world class athlete Serena Williams. Boss Beauties inspires & elevates the next generation of women & girls to be everything they want to be.

Lisa’s 10+ years of mission to equip the next generation of women has seen her work impact thousands of high school and college-aged students all over the world spanning across 15 countries and over 400 educational institutions. 

At Boss Beauties, Lisa has grown the brand through live events and global collaborations with partners that include Barbie, Marvel, Neiman Marcus, the New York Stock Exchange, NARS Cosmetics, and the United Nations.  Her work has been featured in Forbes, AdAge, Fortune, People, ELLE, and Bloomberg Live, along with gaining recognition from Apple, Verizon, and Amazon.

Lisa successfully drove the company to earn exclusive representation through iconic Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor and is currently working with their team to strategically scale the Boss Beauties brand across film, TV, gaming, publishing, brand partnerships, and more.
